It is reported that recently, a Chinese freight forwarding company-Dayang Logistics Group opened its first sea-rail intermodal line.

, the company's first container ship "NEPTUNE LINE" has set sail from Nansha Port in Guangzhou to Vladivostok Port in Russia. The ship is full of white goods, lamps, communication equipment, chemicals, toys and other goods. After arriving at the port of destination, some of the goods will continue to be transferred to the railway to Moscow.

It is understood that the "NEPTUNE LINE" is a multi-functional container freighter deployed on the ocean logistics sea-rail intermodal line (Nansha-Vladivostok-Moscow). The entire transportation time of this route is about 35 days. This is the first time that Ocean Logistics Group, as a shipowner, has operated a full chain of sea-rail intermodal service products.

the company said that the smooth operation of the "NEPTUNE LINE" has further promoted and improved its comprehensive service operation level of sea-rail multimodal transport. Self-owned containers and self-used ships will greatly improve their service quality, reduce the probability of changing containers at transit ports due to lack of containers, save more transportation costs and improve transportation efficiency.

data show that Dayang Logistics Group was established in 2005. Its predecessor was the Dayang Shipping Team established in 2002 and its headquarters is located in Shenzhen. The company is an early batch of container carriers engaged in China-Europe train transportation, and is also a leading international multimodal transport company in China.

The company takes China-Europe Class as its core main business, mainly providing round-trip international train services from China (and transit China) to Russia, Central Asia and Europe.

It is worth noting that since the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, liner companies including Maersk and Dafei, as well as international logistics companies including Dexun and DHL have successively withdrawn from the Russian transportation market, which has led to the provision of shipping to the country. And transportation services accordingly decreased. However, this also frees up development space for other enterprises.

In addition to Dayang Logistics Group, another Chinese company-Wardfield Shipping (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. has also opened a route service from Chinese ports to Vladivostok ports.

It is reported that the company has opened Ningbo Zhoushan Port-Vladivostok, Quanzhou-Vladivostok routes.

Recently, the "Wardfi Quanzhou" ship was loaded with Quanzhou's superior products such as baby diapers, PVC mesh, soles, modern marble and stone products, and sanitary products. It set off from Weitou Port to Vladivostok, Russia (Vladivostok). This marks the further reinforcement of the Quanzhou-Russian Far East route, and also provides more route options for foreign trade enterprises in the surrounding areas to export goods.

Previously, it has been reported that many freight forwarders have opened their own routes to provide container transportation services, such as the British freight forwarder Uniserve, the Italian freight forwarder Rifline, the Russian freight forwarder Inteco and Swift Transport Group.

Among them, the above two Russian freight forwarders have set up a wheel company to provide regular container transportation services between Russian Oriental Port (Vostochny) and Chinese ports.

Inteco has opened two route services connecting the Russian Oriental Port and the Chinese port. One port is connected to the Oriental Port, Lianyungang, Qingdao and Busan Port, and the other connects the Oriental Port and Ningbo Port. The company has said it is planning to add more ships to increase calls to Shenzhen port and expand its business scope.

Swift Transport opened a regular route service connecting Russia's Oriental Port with China's Tianjin Port and Taicang Port.
